By adding or using the Devix Ticket application, you explicitly agree to follow and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the application from your server and cease usage.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our bot and services only for legitimate support and moderation purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Spamming bot commands or trying to overwhelm API request limits.
• Hosting, posting, or sharing content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or local laws inside support tickets.
• Attempting to bypass dashboard authorizations or exploit security gaps.

3. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Devix Ticket is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high uptime and database integrity, we cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions, network lags, or loss of configurations.

4. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and notified via our support Discord. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
